The Service offers timing-based word challenges, short videos, and tools to make and share custom prompts.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service for lawful, respectful purposes. You must not:

• Break laws or infringe others’ rights.
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
• Copy or redistribute our content without permission.
• Upload malware or use bots/automation to overload the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content and code are owned by Say the Word on Beat. Embedded sounds, videos, and other third-party assets remain with their owners.

Music note: Challenge sounds belong to original creators. Please respect their terms if you reuse them.

5. Third-Party Content

We embed or link to third-party content (e.g., YouTube, TikTok). Their terms and privacy policies apply when you interact with their embeds.

6. Custom Challenges (User-Uploaded Content)

If you upload images or text for a Custom Challenge:

• Rights: Only upload content you have rights to use and share.
• Respect: No illegal, hateful, infringing, or harmful material.
• Removal: We may remove any challenge at our discretion.

Private Challenges (Link Sharing):

• 24-hour expiration: Private challenges delete themselves after one day, including uploaded files.
• Link access: Links are unlisted but usable by anyone who has them. Share carefully.

Community Challenges (Published):

• Review: Community submissions are reviewed before going live.
• Public: Approved challenges are visible and playable by all visitors.
• Removal: Request takedowns at legal@saythewordonbeat.org. We may also remove content that breaks these terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Say the Word on Beat harmless from claims or losses related to your use of the Service or your violation of these terms.
